A one hour Renovation consultation starts from just $250.00. The consultation is obligation free. We will discuss renovation ideas and possibilities and document these concepts in a written report.
If you choose to proceed with the next stage of the renovation process, we will refund the cost of the Renovation Consultation from the Renovation/Building Costs and or Project Management Fee.

· Proceed with the renovation using LCD as the licenced builder
· Manage the renovation process to completion within an agreed budget and timeframe
